- Go to the official website https://www.naeu.playblackdesert.com/fr-FR/Main/Index
- Create an account and follow the prompts to complete account creation.
- On your account information page, click on “Use Coupon” (direct link).
- Enter the provided code and click “Redeem”.
- Your game account should now be active.
- Go to your account via the official Black Desert website by clicking on the profile icon located at the top right.
- Click on "Account Information".
- Access your online inventory by clicking on "Web Repository".
- Select the "Black Desert (NA/EU)" region.
- Select the items you want to send to your in-game mail.
- Select your region and click "Next".
Applying information to a new character can take up to an hour.
- Open your in-game mail by pressing the (B) key or from the ESCAPE menu.
- Claim your items from messaging.
- You will then find them in your Inventory or in your Pearl inventory.

- Press the ESCAPE key to bring up the game menu and find the "Use Coupon" button.
- After clicking "Use Coupon", you will see an area to enter codes.
- Then click "Use" to send the item to your in-game mail (B).
- Open your in-game mail by pressing the (B) key or from the ESCAPE menu.
- Claim your items in messaging. You will then find them in your inventory or your Pearl inventory.
