The German manufacturer Gamewarez offers new poufs from the Morph series, and I was lucky enough to receive one at home, in its black leatherette version. The box is huge. Normal because the pouf still measures 85 cm in diameter.
Immediately, upon unpacking, I note the excellent quality of the exterior materials. The fabric seems extremely solid on the whole of the pouf and even more at the level of the seat with this diamond pattern (which, according to the product sheet, is inspired by car seats). Of course, I haven't received the object for long enough to be sure, but I think that it should allow it to withstand the small clashes of everyday life (even if it is of course not as solid as real leather).
In order to be useful at all times, the pouf is convertible. By default, when deployed, it looks like a classic pouf, which twists around the body to create a backrest and armrests. Note that the seat is high, around 45 centimeters, which makes it a height similar to those of gaming chairs and will facilitate the always difficult extraction of this type of seat. Zippers allow the back to be folded down, to make a stool, which can be used as a footrest if necessary. Or even a seat for those who don't mind the absence of a backrest.
Like all Gamewarez beanbags, the Morph has two large pockets, sewn into the seat on the right. Cautious players, who do not want to get out of there, can store joysticks, a small bottle, or cakes. On the other hand, it will be necessary to avoid putting a 1,5l bottle in it, which would seem too heavy to me, and could tear the seams. At the back, in the zip space, a Velcro strip allows you to hang your headphones, or any other cable or small object.
A pouf, pretty and practical, that I recommend without hesitation. In any case if you have the space because, remember, it still measures 85 centimeters in diameter. It is therefore not easily stored anywhere. We must also take into account the price because, quality materials oblige, the Morph is not cheap: it will cost you €149,90 (€129.90 with the current discount on the Official website).
