In these winter periods, nothing beats a little spring cheerfulness to forget the coldness outside. That's good, that's exactly what the new kit, entitled "Flowered Interiors", offers. On the program, twenty-five objects for the construction mode, all with a decorative purpose only. Indeed, none adds gameplay elements, even if the Sims will of course appreciate the change of atmosphere.
A new piece, available in 3 colors, showcases these objects in the most beautiful way. You will note that the chair, the carpet and the ceiling lamp are not included in this pack.
Two surfaces, with a round coffee table, and a console to be placed preferably in a hallway or at the entrance, against a wall. Various plants, more or less tall, often with stool-shaped pots. Two styles of shelves are there to accommodate the smallest of them, with a cabinet (left of the right screenshot) and a triptych (you can see one under the vials, to the right of the console , in the screenshot on the left).
To decorate the walls, a set of lockers with wood effect, in various shapes (hexagons, triangles...), small vials, and hanging plants. You will notice on the back wall a curtain of leaves which provides a very vegetal window frame, or even why not also to highlight a door or a painting.
This kind of workbench, where you can only admire the magnificent straw hat and the gleaming yellow rubber boots, is not dedicated to a trade. Like everything else, it's only there to look pretty, with a most successful rust effect. You can customize it by adding a plant, as I did below.
Two styles of screens make it possible to materialize spaces in large rooms. The first is relatively small, you'll see it in the corner of the screenshot below. The second, in three columns, with pebbles at the base, will undoubtedly be more useful. I can imagine this decoration in the middle of a room where two Sims would live together or to guarantee the privacy of the bathtub in a Zen bathroom.
To conclude, a zoom on the shelf, where are enthroned small pots, with my favorite at the bottom, in the shape of an animal.
If you love plants and want more green in your Sims interior, you've found the kit for you. Given the price (€4,99), it would be a shame not to take advantage of all these new decoration options! A short video where I show these same new objects, but this time... on video:
