To activate your code
- Go to startrekonline.com to install and launch the Arc client, if you haven't already.
- Click on the gear icon at the top right of the window.
- Select "Activate a product" and enter the activation key, then click "Next".
- Click on the games library icon at the bottom of the left menu and select Star Trek Online to launch the game.
- Once in game, open the C-Store, and you will find your reward in the "Promotions" tab.
