The dev team was asking players for feedback on their in-game experience through the official forum and a post from Eric Musco. The latter partially explained their goals in his post, which is summarized here:
- Level Up Content. Difficulty : Low. Basic understanding of the game mechanics required and the role of the partner does not matter.
- Chapters of KOTFE. Difficulty : Low. Same observation as for the level increase.
- H2 - Heroic Missions. Difficulty : Average. Good understanding of the game mechanics required as well as an appropriate level of equipment. Duo content at objective level that can be soloed with better equipment or a higher level of partner influence.
- Star Fortress. Difficulty : Average. Finding equivalent to Heroic Missions. Expected content doable solo for most players with a little effort and practice.
- Star Fortress Heroic Mode. Difficulty : High. Very good understanding of his Character, his equipment and the partners required. High level of partner influence required in solo.
- "The one and only". This success is always possible to achieve. It is an achievement predicted to be extremely difficult to complete and a very good command of his character and game mechanics is expected. In particular, very good equipment is required as well as a medium to high level of partner influence.

- Character level
- Average level of equipment and discipline
- Your partner, his role and his level of influence
- What Star Fortress mission are you doing? (Single player? Heroic?)
- Your personal experience within this content.
