At the top of the cantina, on your faction's fleet, there is a VIP area accessible only via private elevators. To have the right to borrow them, two solutions: either be the lucky owner of a Collector's Edition (physical or digital) or have a lot of credits in play and buy from the bartender in the cantina a wristband from the VIP lounge at 1 000 credits!
Zone VIP
When you exit the lift, you are on the upper ring of the station with a new, very cozy bar in its center and an outdoor walkway. Here and there, benches, large armchairs and important-looking figures. Behind the bartender, in the middle, a band continuously plays catchy music, broadcast in gigantic holograms on the roof.
It looks like this (note that the Republic, the first two pictures, did in the much simpler way, with no big rugs or decorations on the walls, far from the more luxurious look of the Empire):
