In both places there is an arena, areas from which to observe matches, NPCs selling various revenge items and cards. There is also a VIP area for Rank 8 players, a good place to finish off drinking achievements (It's My Tour! Or Drowning Your Sorrow).
How?
An invitation must be obtained, either from another player who is rank 7 or higher, or at the Black Market Auction House, or by collecting it from certain rare enemies in Pandaria.
Once there, you can participate in the fights by talking to a bouncer (Alliance) or a grunt (Horde). We then begin our ascent in the face of increasingly formidable enemies. Some rare bosses can be unlocked by fishing, dancing with an NPC, collecting loot, or opening a Blingtron gift package. It is also possible to use a challenge card.
Rewards
There are various achievements as well as a few items to purchase from Coindubois (Alliance) and Paul Nord (Horde): healing and stat potions, Mechanon pet, item level 476 fist weapon, weapons of the heir's fist and the bastonneur's mastoc mushan.
