I already spoke about it previously during the articles on the farm, the Plowmen, this faction located in Micolline, in the valley of the 4 winds, are shared between 10 sub-reputations, to be assembled with the members of the village. There are 6 reputation levels with these NPCs:
- Abroad: 0-8400
- Knowledge: 8400-16800
- Comrade: 16800-25200
- Ami: 25200-33600
- Good friend: 33600-42000
- Best friend: 42000-42999
In order to build reputation, you can just do the repeatable quests. As and when they will take you to see them and you will be of service to them. Only concern, you will not go up very quickly. If you want it to be more effective, you have to give them gifts, as Gina explains:
Dark earth looks like this, a small, not very visible mound that is mostly in the fields, west of the village of Micolline:
Every day, you can offer as many gifts as you want for 540 reputation points per gift (depending on the item in your bag, a repeatable quest appears on interested NPCs). For ready meals, you can offer a single set of 5 dishes every day for 1890 reputation points. Gina Mudclaw
She is in the village (53.1, 51.9), she is the manager of the ploughmen. She loves Swamp Lily and Swirling Mist Soup (Jade Dipneuste x5). Once a best friend, she sends a festive gift with fireworks and adds a mailbox to the farm.
If you have trouble locating an NPC, you can ask them. She will put a marker on the map for you. Note that depending on your progress in reputations and quests, some NPCs may still be in the village of Micolline and not at home.
What What
He owns a farm to the northwest, a little higher in the mountains. Follow the road west to find it (33.9, 46.8). It can also be found in the village, near the brewery. He likes blue feathers and valley sauté (Reef Octopus x5 and Waterfowl White x5). As a best friend, he mails a Chii Chii gift bag with exotic leathers, windwools, and adds sheep to the farm.
Ella

She lives in the far west of farmland, just north of the Brune d'Orage brewery (32.2, 58.3) with a field of large pink turnips. She loves jade cats and shrimp ravioli (Giant mantis shrimp x5). Once a best friend, she mails a bag of tree seeds with shrubs and adds a cat to the farm.
Farmer Fung
The farmer lives in the north of the city, very close to the water tower. Go up the road north to find it (48.3, 33.8). He loves marsh lilies and roast waterfowl (White waterfowl x5). Once a best friend, he sends an enigmatic seed and adds a Yakk to the farm (Shaggy the Prize Yak).
I play the Ivrogne
Jogu is in the village of Micolline, sleeping off his wine behind the distillery (53.6, 52.6). He likes delicious apples and sautéed carrots (Juicy Crunch Carrot x10). Once a best friend, he gives the weather prediction for free.
Pelage de Roseau tide
She lives near the docks, to the north, on the shores of the lake (41.7, 30.1). She loves jade cats and twin fish dishes (Krasarang Spatula Fish x10). Once a best friend, she sends a bag of special seeds and adds 3 pink pigs to the farm.
Sho

This girl, whom the people of the village find strange, lives in the mountain, west of the Giron (29.6, 30.6), much further west than Gina's pointer indicates. She loves delicious apples and Eternal Spring Fish (Jade Dipneuste x5 and Striped Melon x15). Once a best friend, she offers a Red Locust.
Tina Peat Claw
Gina's sister lives on the family farm, in the center of the farmland, just east of the large, old crane statue. To get there, follow the road heading north (45.1, 33.8). She likes Ruby Shards and Fire Spirit Salmon (Emperor Salmon x5 and Shallots x15). Once a best friend, she sends food and adds furniture to the farm.
Haohan Mudclaw
Gina's father lives, like his daughter, on the family farm. You will find it near Tina (44.6, 34.2). He likes ruby shards and wood-fired tiger steak (Raw tiger steak x5). Once a best friend, he sends 3 chime seeds.
Old Patte des Hauts
He lives on the top to the northwest, his farm is just south of the mountain. To reach it, take the road going west. This nice old man likes blue feathers and braised turtle (Raw Turtle Meat x5 and Juicy Crunch Carrot x15). Once a best friend, he adds chickens to the farm and sends a straw hat.
